I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering in Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru. I am currently deputed for my PhD at IIT Hyderabad in the Department of Computer Science.

A member of the all India general council of “Free Software Movement of
India(FSMI)”
Founding member and head of academicians chapter of “Free Software Movement
of Karnataka”
Part of the Release team of “Namma Debian” a Kannada GNU/Linux OS
Member of localization teams of Debian, Gnome, Geogebra and Firefox Projects.
I have configured and currently maintaining a campus wide Learning Manage-
ment system “MOODLE” at our campus.
I was instrumental in migrating existing software infrastructure to use Free and
Open source software, in labs of our current campus.
